Хм когда я импортирую файл инсталл мне пишут вот что

как русскую панель сделать?

Может быть перевести её?) только не факт что он примет русский перевод с распростертыми объятиями, прост сохраняй файл с русским языком в утф-8 языке, используя Notepad++.

Пытался сам разобраться Сунул в папку в вертриги "WWW"
